Labrador Dogs

 

There are two types of labrador dogs in the world. One is the english labrador and the other type is the American labrador.
The english labrador grows bigger and heavier than the american labrador and it has thicker coat or fur, it can grow as tall as 53 to 58 cm tall and can weigh up to 45kgs.
The American labrador can grow taller but not as heavy as the english labrador. They can grow as tall as 56 to 61 cm tall and weigh up to 32 kg's.
Labradors can live up to 10 to 12 years. Labradors are very energetic animals there for they need alot of excercise so that they do not go overweight as labradors are very big eaters.

It very important that you train your labrador for behavior and obedience when it is still a puppy. If you do not train your labrador at an early age it will be very hard for you to get rid of his/her bad habits such as car chasing, chewing on shoes and furniture, jumping on people.
It is best to always reward your dog when you are teaching him how to obey and behave
